The infamous When We Were Young Festival kicked off for yet another year of pop punk and punk rock music with countless nostalgic and newcomer artists.

The two day festival is featuring headliners: Blink-182 & Green Day where both will be performing their new albums "Dookie (30th Anniversary Deluxe Edition)" and "ONE MORE TIME". They'll also be showcasing some of their biggest drops, such as "All The Small Things" and "Boulevard of Broken Dreams" to commemorate their most prominent releases and bring a bit of nostalgia to the crowd.
The Vegas-based two day show will also be featuring Say Anything, The Veronicas, Good Charlotte, and Bowling For Soup. Unlike other popular festivals, the When We Were Young festival memorializes one of the most popular genres to date through some of the biggest artists in the world.

In previous years, the show hosted My Chemical Romance, Paramore, Jimmy Eat World and Avril Lavigne, and continues to draw in a massive crowd. Despite originally being held for one day, the festival has forced two to even a three day extension where the identical lineup would stick around for an extra two days due to crowd demand.
With the 2023 WWWY festival day one underway, a show-stopping lineup, the festival is sure to extend to a three day celebration with more punk, more energy, and even better performances.
